PRECAST SHAPE
Precast refractory shapes are custom designed and made in our state of the art workshops under closely controlled conditions to give uniformity of size and shape as well as the optimum properties for the most cost effective performance in service. The casting and curing operation is carried out by experienced personnel under our strict quality assurance system to provide blocks of uniformly high quality which will usually outperform monolithic refractories placed in the furnace under site conditions. The blocks are prefired, packed and shipped to site for easy assembly. The installation time on site will normally be half of that required to cast in place. Dry out and heat up will also be reduced while performance will be much improved and costs reduced.
CMCAST Family Precast Shapes
CMCast is a steel fiber reinforced free flowing low cement precast shape. It has both metallic and ceramic material properties: high strength and excellent resistance to thermal shock, mechanical abuse and abrasion. Its maximum service temperature can reach 1600 ℃.
