LADLE

The ladle lining solution is customized to steel mill’s specific working condition; and our goal is to provide the most cost-effective lining that maximizes the refractory performance and improve safety and yield. Our product quality derives from combination of strong technical team, use only the highest quality raw materials, and consistency in manufacturing practices.

BOF

BOF is a key production unit for the integrated steel making process and the lining design is critical with regards to steel product quality and productivity of the steel plant. NCR can provide MgO-C and MgO-CaO lining designs for the converter in order for steel plants to achieve optimum performance and their economical goals.

EAF

NCR's EAF lining designs have achieved positive evaluation from Global mini-mill customers due to their excellent and consistent performances.
